Social Enterprise Manager

This position helps to drive the mission of the St. Luke N.E.W. Life Center (NLC) by managing NLC’s sewing and lawncare social enterprises. This position is a grant-funded position that allows NLC to expand our impacts while also moving our enterprises toward sustainability.

The primary responsibilities of the Social Enterprise Manager include supervision of social enterprise supervisors, overall leadership of the social enterprises, refinement of existing processes to gain efficiency, establishment of new approaches to improve profitability, business development, and working with the Co-Executive Directors, the Program Manager, and the NLC CFO to drive sustainability for the Center. Sewing Social Enterprise Supervisor

This position helps to drive the mission of the St. Luke N.E.W. Life Center (NLC) by supervising work in NLC’s sewing social enterprise. This position is a responsible for overseeing all production in the sewing enterprise to ensure quality standards are met and employees have access to the tools and training they need to be successful. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating production, training employees, and working with the Social Enterprise Manager to identify and implement improvements to the NLC production process. Lawncare Social Enterprise Supervisor

This position helps to drive the mission of the St. Luke N.E.W. Life Center (NLC) by supervising work in NLC’s lawncare social enterprise. This position is a responsible for overseeing all activities in the lawncare enterprise to ensure quality standards are met and employees have access to the tools and training they need to be successful. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating production, training employees, and working with the Social Enterprise Manager to identify and implement improvements to the lawncare enterprise.
